Article 1

Ownership of the Site and Premises

These General Terms and Conditions of Contract and Supply are entered into between TigerMedia™ , e-mail: tigermedia.agency@gmail.com, and the one (hereinafter also referred to as "User") who consults the pages of the website that can be reached through the link www.tigermedia.it (hereinafter also referred to as the "Site") and who uses the services made available on the same.

TigerMedia™ and the User jointly understood are also called "Parties".

The Site, which is hosted on the shopify.com platform, and is operated by TigerMedia™ and contains exclusive access to digital content that is for dissemination and advisory purposes and is the exclusive property of TigerMedia™

These Terms and Conditions shall be binding between the parties set forth above and shall apply to all Users purchasing one or more of the Services or advice offered on this Site.

Users who use the Services offered in this Site affirm that they are aware of and accept these Terms and Conditions, stating, under their sole responsibility, that they are 18 years of age or older.

With the exception of mandatory legislation, for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the User agrees that all contracts, notices, disclosures and other communications provided in electronic form meet the requirement of written form when required by law.

Article 2

Subject matter of the contract

The contract governs and has as its object the use of the products and advice offered on the Site (henceforth referred to both individually and jointly as "Services").

The Services are aimed at teaching placement techniques on the Social Network "Instagram", as well as increasing so-called Followers.

The use of any information or content, found within the Site, is for educational purposes and is offered in the form of advice.

These Terms and Conditions bind the Parties and have as their object the access to and use of the Services, subsequent to the purchase of the same.

Article 3

Pricing

The prices of the Services are exempt for VAT purposes in accordance with Law 190 of 2014.

The prices on the Site may change over time, which will not affect the price charged to the User at the time of purchase, nor will it result in the emergence of any new price rights on the part of the User.

Exceptions to the above point are cases where the prices entered are disproportionate to the normal market value as a result of material errors.

Article 4

Mode of purchase

In order to access the exclusive content provided on the Site, the User shall select the chosen service, fill in his/her data and make the payment within the terms provided therein.

The payment will compulsorily be made in a lump sum.

If the User chooses payment by credit card, this circumstance is subject to verification that the issuing bank is enabled for web purchases.

The payment procedure is to be considered as a purchase proposal; the completion will take place upon the sending of the appropriate confirmation e-mail to the User, automatically generated by shopify.com.

In case of problems accessing the Services, the User can write to the e-mail address: tigermedia.agency@gmail.com. TigerMedia™ will verify compliance with the procedures referred to in the preceding points and, in the absence of justified reasons will provide to allow the User access to the Services.

Article 5

Copyright and databases

All content present on or made available through this Site in the form of images, audio files, video files, digital downloads, data collections, and software, as well as the structure, layout, design and knowledge, the overall design, content, text, and graphics are the property of TigerMedia™ or its content providers and are protected by Italian and international copyright and database rights laws.

Access to the Site and/or Services does not give the User any right to reuse any of the above listed items.

You may not extract and/or reuse, even partially, content from the Site without the express written consent of TigerMedia™.

Article 6

Trademarks

The graphics, logos, page headers, icon buttons, fonts, and trademarks on the Site and/or Services are trademarks or distinctive marks of InstaGrowth™ or its content providers.

TigerMedia™ trademarks and marks may not be used without the written consent of TigerMedia™.

The User agrees to protect and respect the ownership of copyrights and trademarks or, otherwise, any other licenses used by TigerMedia™.

Article 7

Licenses and Terms of Use.

The User who accesses the Services offered on the Site, agrees to respect the use of the same within the limits of the license granted by TigerMedia™.

The license of use, granted to the User by signing this agreement, is to be considered personal and non-transferable, without the User being able to advance on the Services offered by the Site any right of commercial use, resale or assignment, not even in the form of a gift or donation.

All rights not expressly conferred by these Terms and Conditions remain with TigerMedia™ or its licensors, suppliers, publishers, owners or other service providers.

The User agrees not to use framing techniques to misappropriate any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page settings, or format) of TigerMedia™ in the absence of the purchase of the appropriate package or express and separate written consent.

The User agrees not to distribute and/or disseminate all or part of the notions learned during the Services to third parties, as they are protected by copyright, as provided by Italian and international law.

The User who buys the Services is bound to the confidentiality of his/her data, declaring, within the limits of the current legislation, that he/she is responsible for all the activities that will be carried out on the Site.

In case of violation TigerMedia™ and its suppliers reserve the right to claim compensation for all damages suffered and to be suffered.

User agrees to hold TigerMedia™ its suppliers harmless from any loss, damage, liability (including criminal liability), adverse consequence or expense in any way related to claims against User due to User having in any way used materials on the Site in violation of any applicable law, the rights of any third party, or the terms of these Terms and Conditions.

The User agrees and undertakes not to use the Services and other content of the Site for spamming activities and/or promotion of commercial products, for illegal purposes or contrary to these Terms and Conditions, applicable laws and regulations.

The User shall be solely and exclusively responsible for any and all consequences that may result from the misuse of the Services, information, guides and services, provided by TigerMedia™. No grievance, charge of liability or claim for compensation may be made by the User to TigerMedia™ and its suppliers as a result of the service provided.

Article 8

Right of withdrawal

Users residing in Italy may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of purchase by sending notice to the following e-mail address:

The User declares that he/she waives the right of withdrawal with regard to the purchase of the Services and digital products not provided on a tangible medium once the execution and use thereof has begun, as governed by Article 59 lett. o of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 2005.

In order to be able to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary that the relevant communication is sent before the expiration of the 14-day period and that, in the case of the Services, the reproduction, not even in small part, of the same has not been started.

Article 9

Obligations of TigerMedia™.
TigerMedia™ and its suppliers shall not be liable for any losses incurred, lost profits, or any other damages that are not an immediate and direct result of the breach of contract.

TigerMedia™ and its suppliers are not liable in any way for the performance of obligations to third parties who may offer commercial guarantees in connection with products for sale on the Site.

TigerMedia™ and its suppliers are not responsible for the failure to achieve any economic results by not guaranteeing any economic results in the practical application of the content learned from the Services and/or the advice offered.

Any statements in the Services, regarding earnings or profits, are for illustrative and educational purposes only.

TigerMedia™ and its suppliers are not liable to either the User or Third Parties in the event of:

losses that are not a result of a breach of these Terms and Conditions;
for any loss of business opportunity (including: blocking of Instagram profiles, lost profits, revenue, contracts, deemed savings, data, goodwill, or unnecessarily incurred expenses);
any other indirect loss.
The information, stated on the Site and information learned during the Services or in Consulting is for illustrative purposes only, as it is educational material.

In addition, TigerMedia™ shall not be liable in the event of any delay or failure to meet contractual obligations, nor in the event of any delay, disruption or suspension of the Site if one or more of these issues arises from unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure.

(Among the causes that could lead to the suspension, delay or otherwise non-fulfillment of contractual obligations, on which TigerMedia™ is not responsible, are listed by way of example only and NOT exhaustively the following causes: malfunctioning of telephone and/or electricity lines and/or the Internet network; malfunctioning si software, hardware and/or hosting services and shopify. com; interruptions and/or suspensions due to legal provisions, including those of an exceptional nature or by acts of Italian or foreign Authorities; due to tampering or interventions by third parties on services or equipment used by TigerMedia™ or by Users; due to incorrect use of the platform by Users; malfunction of connection equipment used by Users; non-conformity and/or obsolescence of equipment or programs used by Users; for malfunctioning of services, loss of data, accidental dissemination of personal or sensitive data not attributable to TigerMedia™'s behavior, and any other type of damage occurred as a result of attacks by hackers, thieves, hackers and/or viruses).

Article 10

Privacy policy

Please refer to the Privacy Policy page for the policy and regulations regarding the processing of personal data by TigerMedia™.

Article 11

Language, applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are drafted in the Italian language.

The purchase contract between the Parties is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law.



The User/Consumer habitually resident in the European Union, may benefit from the additional protections provided by the mandatory rules of the country of residence.

The User/Consumer has at his disposal a platform, prepared by the European Commission, for online dispute resolution, which can be accessed through the following link: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ .

Links to external websites

Links and links to external websites made available to TigerMedia™, are placed for information purposes only.

No responsibility can be attributed to TigerMedia™ about the use of external sites.

The inclusion of external links does not imply any connection with them, nor any responsibility regarding the correct treatment of data according to privacy regulations or any other information provided by the User/Customer to external websites.

Article 13

Duration and Amendments

These Terms and Conditions shall remain in force and effect until the same are amended and/or supplemented by TigerMedia™.

Any amendments to these Terms and Conditions, shall take effect and become binding on You from the time of posting on the Site and shall apply for sales made on or after said date.

Changes to these Terms and Conditions, descending from necessity and/or regulatory updates, will be posted on the Site in order to give notice to the User.

Any clauses that for any reason are to be deemed wholly or partially void and/or ineffective shall not affect the remaining provisions of this agreement, which shall remain valid and effective between the parties.

TigerMedia™ may at any time and without notice deactivate the User's access to the Site, suspend the provision of services or delete the User account if the User fails to comply with one or more of these contractual clauses or voluntarily violates, through misconduct, this agreement, without the User being able to claim damages and/or compensation of any kind and/or restitution of sums.

In the event of the User's breach of this agreement, the failure of TigerMedia™. o to exercise its right to act does not in any case constitute a waiver of its right to act.
